Currently I am doing whatever I can from a perspective of IT and technology to help the health sector in the northern region of Norway overcome the challenges of an aging population and less hands and money to deal with that. IT and technology is expected to help solve a lot of the challenges, so being a technologist/advisor/architect in this space is very rewarding. Seeing as the challenges for the health sector isn’t dealt with overnight we have to keep learning, keep adapting and keep pushing ourselves to continuously improve. The technology around us is changing faster than ever - so we have to be changing with it
